Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
